I spent little over three years at North Ridge Apartments and loved the tranquility of the Rock Creek neighborhood. The leasing office management were consistently helpful, especially in unexpected situations. Special shoutout to the maintenance team who were quick to respond during crisis situations. Although I moved due to personal reasons, I would consider renting here again. The main drawbacks are the absence of amenities like a pool and gym, and the complex is a bit outdated. Overall, it's a great place to live!

I've lived in two different units over the past several years here at North Ridge. The previous manager was running both the property and all of her employees into the ground. Now that management has changed things have started to improve immensely. An issue we have had for over 3 months was solved in less than a week, the property looks nicer, and there are construction/cleaning companies onsite almost every day working on issues in other units that have long been ignored. The fact that my spare bedroom FINALLY no longer smells like cat urine from previous tenants is enough to make me skip home every day. Thank you to Greg, Sophia, Leo, Chris, and everyone at Alliance Flooring!

Terri always has a beautiful phone voice welcoming you to North Ridge Apts and has taken care of any issue I might’ve had. Gocean Is superb. The toilet would not flush. I filled out a maintenance request and I was responded to right away. The asked me the best time to arrive, I requested an early time, 7:00am - 8:00am. The technician arrived between that time frame and fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. They were very polite and respectable. The maintenance team is amazing.

I have been living here close to a year now so I have had the full experience. This is the best place I have lived! The price is amazing you can’t find a better price in the area. The grounds are kept clean and nice. The office staff are so nice and are ready to take care of any problems I have. They also give multiple days notice when they do inspections to make sure everything is working and is on tip top shape! The community is top tier everyone is nice and respectful. We have a community park connected to our complex which is so nice for my pet! 100 percent recommend for anyone who wants to live at a great location and wants to have a good place to live!

The apartment was pretty much move-in ready with new appliances. We are in a great spot and the parking is easily accessible for guest parking. Been here for a long time and I must say we absolutely love it here. The nieghhborhood is nice and quiet. The staff is polite and respectful. The maintenance guys are really on point. If there’s a problem, it gets fixed right away. If there’s a problem paying rent they will work with you. We need a lightbulb change. They’re on it. We just absolutely love this place.

My husband and I have lived here for 6 years. Our place is spacious! I love that the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment rather then right next to one another. For the most part the place is quite. It's apartment living, there are going to be be some loud people here and there. Cat and Dog friendly. Super close to great walking paths and a cute little park. Terri the manager is great! Happy to help with anything or just sit with for a moment and have a friendly chat. Michael the maintenance manager is so so nice! Whenever I see him, he has a smile on his face and says hello to me.

My husband and I just got married and have settled into a beautiful quaint ground floor apartment here at Northridge. So far we absolutely love living here! They are dog friendly which was a huge plus for us having 2 dogs. The grounds are kept nice and clean, and while there have been some technical issues with the online portal, the management has been fully transparent and understanding with this ongoing issue and is working to get it all corrected. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner from what I can tell so far, we are having issues with our dryer and within days they are out to fix it! The community is very friendly and we are both extremely happy to call this our first home as newlyweds! The 18 month lease was also a huge plus! I strongly recommend this place as it is very affordable in today's tough market.

I 100% don't recommend. These apartments aren't worth the money you pay. We pay 1800 a month for no amenities(which isn't the end of the world, but rent definitely should be cheaper than), the office people to never be there when you need to talk to someone nor answer their phones( for example I went to the office this morning at like 10:30am and they're supposed to be open at 10, but there's a sign saying they will return at 11 came back at 11 and no one was there), for the office people to tell you to clean up your back porch when it wasn't even bad and yet they don't get on other people's back porches who are way worse, and for maintenance to take 2 or more months to actually come look at your issue. But if you're ok with all that then sure come live here. Update: Management is definitely working on things and making better efforts to be there when the time says they should be and maintenance getting to work orders a lot faster.

Inexpensive, safe, clean, perfectly located family friendly apartments. We lived here for several years with our three kids while house hunting. It was a great experience filled with happy memories. It didn't feel like an apartment complex, rather a big neighborhood where everyone knew everyone. The long term tenants make this place what it is. The neighborhood and nearby schools are desirable for those raising a family. Move in and move out processes were simple and easy. Any issue's and concerns we had were well managed. We are very pleased.

The apartment complex is clean and well kept. The landscaping is nice with lots of plants and flowers. I especially like how the aparment sends popular food trucks to us periodically. The apartments are in a very good location as well, just a few minutes from freeway entrance as well as tanasbourne towncenter, which pretty much has everything you need.

I absolutely love living at North Ridge Apartments. The location is perfect and the staff is extremely kind and always willing to go the extra mile to help the residents. Any maintenance requests are done in a timely manner and when we have questions we can always call and count on the staff being informative and supportive. The apartments are affordable, clean and very spacious. The staff is very good at communicating what’s happening in the complex and all the improvement projects they have going on.

I just passed 3 years as a resident of North Ridge Apartments and am pleased to be here. Convenience is the word I use when thinking of my time here from an easy payment portal online, fast acting as well as thorough and professional maintenance crew, strong communication from management and friendly interactions, close to the highway, laundry in unit, and parking/mail is generally not an issue either. As a little thing too, I like that there's a recycling bucket next to the mail area...super helpful. My only issues, albeit it fairly minor, have been with the delivery of goods...whether food/groceries, and occasionally even mail packages being put on the wrong address doorstep. Pretty sure Amazon gifted a neighbor recently with a new floor fan I purchased. It got replaced though and in this heat lately, I suppose I can't blame them for keeping it haha. Unfortunately every unique building has the same apartment numbers and if you have a confused driver or lazy person, they stop at the first apartment building reflecting your unit number paying no mind if its the right building...its happened more times than I'd like. But I'm diligent on delivery instructions and most get it right. Smaller complaint: pay attention to the garbage days...the dumpsters seem to fill up quite often. Noise is louder in summertime but even then not a nuisance...there's a park/playground area nearby and being on the 3rd floor, I don't get a lot of parking lot stuff coming through. You get used to the traffic off Cornelius Pass Road...doesn't bother me but I know others have mentioned it. I don't have outdoor pets or kids so I can't comment on the conveniences for them other than that its dog-friendly. What I like most as stated above is it's convenient, affordable, LOVE the long term leasing option, and the communication from the staff. I would rather have a notice on my door daily if need be than be thrown off by random changes in the complex. The communication is very important and appreciated. I also feel safe and that's up there on the list obviously of a requirement for me. I don't worry about car break-ins, home break-ins, being followed in the parking lot...nothing. Its a good feeling. Now if we could get elevators and valet garbage..., that'd be awesome but I'm reaching and asking only as a person on the 3rd floor haha

We have had to reach out to the complex for several things since we moved in, however, the issues could have arose in any apartment or complex. That’s not worth a complaint in my opinion. I have only lived here for a couple of months, but from the beginning the staff has gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to fix and replace anything that needs it. They are very kind and friendly ☺️ They have gone out of their way to make me feel very comfortable and welcome. My apartment home has a lot of great features and it is spacious, quiet, and my neighbors are friendly as well. I truly love my new home!! I need to add to this review.. I do want to compliment Cameron and Kalyn for their awesome customer service!! They have gone above and beyond to help me in anyway that they can and they have been so kind and friendly 🙂 I cannot say that enough!! James and Mike, the maintenance guys are also amazing and very attentive in getting work orders done right away and going above and beyond, great customer service from them as well 👍🏻 Truly, truly happy with my new apartment home 👏🏻🙏🏻💜

We have lived here for over a year and found the management to be friendly and maintenance prompt since they got a new maintenance guy a while back. We don't live on the Cornelius Pass side of the complex so it's quiet, clean and comfortable. We rarely hear our neighbors through the walls and the insulation between apartments is excellent, which is not always the case. We pay $995 for a 2x2 which is hundreds of dollars cheaper than other places we looked in this same neighborhood. If I were to live in Portland again in the future I'd move back here in a heartbeat.

I love giving here, staff and residents are SO friendly. My car died while i was signing my lease and a resident came and jumped me :) Apartments are nice inside and out. Great price for what you get. Someone wrote about the traffic- I live right next to the road and never hear it except for a semi truck here and there. Beautiful views too :) really love living here.
