great place to live. nice neighbors. helpful management and maintenance. I usually get my maintenance requests completed the next day. They do great work and are mindful of my plants and personal items.

They do great work and are mindful of my plants and personal items. Recently my fridge stopped working. Chris and Wilfredo had us a new fridge in less than an hour! I've never had such good service. THE BEST!!! Chris and Wilfredo are amazing and did an outstanding job.

Been here for a few years and I'm impressed with the staff and the maintenance crew we have especially Gocean he takes time to find out what the problem is and fixes the problem right then and there. Keep up the good work 👏

Fast, Proficient and Courteous
I would like the highlight Mr. Gocean, (I hope I spelled it right) the maintenance specialist for a great job replacing a microwave that needed replacing. He is a knowledgeable person who is kind to tenants and a great worker, always responds fast and does a wonderful job. Thank you sir! We appreciate your service to our community! God bless you!

We have lived here for 7 years. The current maintenance staff (both Gocean and Trevor) have been very professional and reliable. We had an emergency after hours, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were OK and that our apartment was safe to come back to.

Gocean did a wonderful job of fixing my toilet and diagnosing that I needed a new garbage disposal which he is promptly ordering and expects to arrive next business day. He is very proficient and respectful! Thank you!
