Maintenance
Our sink was leaking and our toilet seat broke so I put in a work order for both late last night. By this morning our amazing maintenance provider, Gocean, was already prepared to come by and make the repairs. He was so kind and insanely fast. I’ve lived in these apartments for 5 years and have never gotten better or quicker maintenance service. Thank you Gocean!

Gocean is the best!
Gocean has been nothing but helpful, friendly, and professional in response to every problem we've had with our apartment. He always arrives at our scheduled time, is polite when entering our home, and very understanding of our protective dog and far too curious cat. We're thankful for his quick work and replacement of our broken dishwasher, faulty shower faucet, and many other small repairs we've needed in the first month in our new apartment. Thank you, Gocean!!

Gocean just solved 3 of our maintenance issues in less than a half hour. He was able to remove our malfunctioning dishwasher and install a great brand new dishwasher, while also correcting our units power issues and ordered new parts for our bathroom issues - ALL IN ONE QUICK STOP BY! Very impressive. Great and timely service. Exceptional work.

Gocean, the maintenance manager at North Ridge Apartments, is exceptional. He is always friendly and approachable, making communication easy and effective. He consistently goes above and beyond to help with any maintenance issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and efficiently. His dedication and willingness to assist make living at North Ridge Apartments a much more pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing supervisor, truly the most efficient and helpful person for my job giving a well understanding and scope of the job description. always making sure we have the right info to work, very well on guiding us and are happy to work with them.

Gocean the maintenance manager here is wonderful. He has the work ethic, quick response times to maintenance requests, and professionalism that every complex needs! Our unit recently needed 10-12 electrical outlets replaced that were not working correctly and he took care of the job with ease. Highly recommend.
