Amazing supervisor, truly the most efficient and helpful person for my job giving a well understanding and scope of the job description. always making sure we have the right info to work, very well on guiding us and are happy to work with them.

Gocean the maintenance manager here is wonderful. He has the work ethic, quick response times to maintenance requests, and professionalism that every complex needs! Our unit recently needed 10-12 electrical outlets replaced that were not working correctly and he took care of the job with ease. Highly recommend.

I have been living here for 7 years. The staff is great the manager Teri does a great job in the office and the maintenance supervisor Gocean always does a terrific job. Timely and professional response to all request.

Gocean has been more then great above and beyond on our move it has not been easy for us but he was there from every step to help us get comfortable from. Good maintenance to just a good person totall to I'd say the best thing about these apartment homes is tha guy
