We needed the electric fireplace fixed, and instead they gave us a brand new one which is bigger and better!

I've lived in two different units over the past several years here at North Ridge. The previous manager was running both the property and all of her employees into the ground. Now that management has changed things have started to improve immensely. An issue we have had for over 3 months was solved in less than a week, the property looks nicer, and there are construction/cleaning companies onsite almost every day working on issues in other units that have long been ignored. The fact that my spare bedroom FINALLY no longer smells like cat urine from previous tenants is enough to make me skip home every day. Thank you to Greg, Sophia, Leo, Chris, and everyone at Alliance Flooring!

What a pleasant experience it was touring with Leo although we went else where (distance to work). He was very kind and knowledgeable!
